SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
Small group sessions provided by Fit Minds & Bodies are cost efficient, convenient and provides a support group of people with the same issues. You have the option of attending sessions in person or online (all you need is an internet connection, a computer and webcam/headset). Wherever you are in the world you can be part of a group and be connected.
Groups include:
- hypnosis for addiction and weight loss only – must be in person
- children and families
- adolescents and families
- food addicts, emotional/stress eaters, binge eaters, yo-yo dieters
- 35+ club – anyone with a BMI of 35+.
Sessions will include information on:
- psychology
- nutrition
- activity.
Each session will be 1 hour in duration with 30 minutes of information and education and 30 minutes of group work and support.
